The following SRTS lesson guides have been aligned with the Ohio Learning Standards.
The following video lessons are provided by the Federal Highway Administration. Videos are provided for 3 different age groups with follow-up quizzes and/or a discussion guide. This is a great way to start the discussion with students on safe pedestrian and bicycling practices.
Click on the image below and discover a Child Pedestrian Safety Curriculum developed by the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Administration) that teaches and encourages pedestrian safety for students grades Kindergarten through 5th Grade.
