Healthy Corner Stores

The corner store program helps convenience stores provide fresh fruits and vegetables to customers throughout Lucas County. Each store enrolled in the program accepts SNAP/EBT and stocks a minimum variety of fruits and vegetables at a reasonable price.

Farmers Market 

The Toledo Northwestern Ohio traveling Harvest Market meets the need for healthy food options in rural communities.  The Lucas County Health Department, Creating Healthy Communities and Toledo Farmer's Market has teamed up to provide pop up farmers market in local neighborhoods.
